What is your warranty policy?
All eyewear is guaranteed against breakage caused by defects in material or manufacturing for one year from date of purchase.
Warranty is to be honored and processed through the store of your original purchase.
Warranty excludes products altered after purchase, and damages caused by impact, pressure under heat, excess heat, intentional bending, accidents or general mis-use.
Shattered or scratched lenses are not a manufacturer’s defect therefore not to be covered by warranty.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE ground shipping to the contiguous United States. If you need to expedite your order, we offer 2nd Day delivery at a flat rate of $25. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Federal Holiday delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not accept international orders online. Please visit our Location page to find a retailer near you. Store purchase of Non-Prescription Frame & Sunglasses:
Store credit or exchange for non-prescription sunglasses or frame within 14 days in its original unworn condition.
Store purchase of Prescription Lenses:
Prescription lenses or custom lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged as they were made just for you.
We would gladly help you find a new frame to fit the lenses, or offer a discount if new lenses are needed.
Store purchase of Progressive Lenses:
Should you not able to adapt to progressive lenses, we are happy to offer 90-days to exchange your progressive lens to two pairs of single-vision lenses or one pair of line-bifocal or trifocal lenses.
No refund or price adjustment for any price difference between the lenses
Should the frame that you purchased from LuxeyeOptical.com not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Glasses must be unworn, free from any customer caused damage, and include the case and cloth in order to receive full credit.
If you choose to return by mail, it will be at your cost, or we can send you a return shipping label and deduct $10 from the total refund amount. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
