RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS 

For items purchased online at LuxeyeOptical.com, we will gladly accept all returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

You may use your own shipping method for the return, or email us at info@luxeyeoptical.com if you need a shipping label from us for a $25 charge.

Frames must be returned unworn and in new condition in order to receive the full credit.

 

For exchanges, please contact us at info@luxeyeoptical.com

ONLINE REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. 

STORE PURCHASES

 

Store purchase of Non-Prescription Frame & Sunglasses:

No refund. 

Store credit or exchange for non-prescription sunglasses or frame within 14 days in its original unworn condition.

Store purchase of Prescription Lenses:

Prescription lenses or custom lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged as they were made just for you.

We would gladly help you find a new frame to fit the lenses, or offer a discount if new lenses are needed.

Store purchase of Progressive Lenses:

Should you not able to adapt to progressive lenses, we are happy to offer 90-days to exchange your progressive lens to two pairs of single-vision lenses or one pair of line-bifocal or trifocal lenses.

No refund or price adjustment for any price difference between the lenses
